OK… All you who are going to attend the Perry Show (Southeastern Model Show) this weekend. I have scheduled an AVP meeting for FRIDAY NIGHT at 7:30PM at the meeting room that we normally use for the Saturday noon meeting. It will be in the Miller-Murphy Howard building, in the back through the big glass doors. I will have pizza for the AVP’s and Jim Cherry (AMA Executive Director) and his wife Lynn will be joining us and going over some things with us. I plan to be finished by 9PM. We will have our regular members meeting on Saturday at 12 noon in the same meeting room. This will be focused more on the AMA membership in the district and letting them know what you as AVP’s are doing and what AMA has in store for use for 2009. Please let me know via e-mail if you plan on being at the meeting on Friday night and if anyone is attending with you. This is so I can get a head-count on how much pizza and soft drinks to buy!
